New members go to orientation meetings. It is a good way to get to know your Club.

Pavilion & Meeting Room Rentals:

(1)  For club members sponsoring the Pavilion for immediate family functions the
     cost is $200, and the Meeting Room for $75.00. Rental rates for any other
     purpose will be $400 for the Pavilion and $150 for the Meeting Room. All
     rates include full use of the kitchen facilities and a walk in cooler in the case
     of  the Pavilion, Checks or money orders must be made out to the Black
     Rock Fish & Game Club. (exact amount)

(2) The following are a list of Club Rules:

• The member who is renting the facility it is now MANDATORY for that
   member to be present for the entire duration of the event.

• The use of   the Pavilion and Meeting Room will be granted only to 
  club members.

• The rental forms must be completed and filled at the Clubhouse with payment
  to reserve the date.

• The sponsoring member is responsible for the conduct of ALL guests while
  on Club property.

• The stream is off limits to all guests.

• Activities other than those stated on the rental form are grounds for 
  cancellation of the function.

(3) The club member is responsible for the clean up.
